Once the referral is received by our administrator, a referral receipt will be sent to the referrer.

Our administrator will then attempt to contact the family directly to obtain consent and further information as required. If we are having difficulty reaching the whānau we may contact you to inform you of this delay.

Following contact with the family a visit date suitable to whānau is arranged and a home visit completed.

Three months from this date the family will be contacted in the form of a follow up phone call to ensure the family are satisfied with the service and that interventions have been delivered if required.
